Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Your Future TeamThe Finance Transformation team is responsible for establishing scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to help the finance team support Atlassian's growth. You will report to Sr. Program Manager of Finance Transformation. You will help design Atlassian's transformation roadmap and manage several transformation programs in partnership with accounting, finance, IT and other partners.

What you'll do

• Develop knowledge of financial impacting processes and policies so as to identify the root problems and gaps, to propose and implement scalable solutions
• Identify opportunities for process optimization
• Support project lifecycle from planning to executing, and reporting of finance transformation programs
• Build and assess important controllership metrics to help organization identify next area for improvement and investment
• Partner with finance IT and finance teams to redesign current processes and build scalable architecture design and solutioning that aligns with Atlassian's long-term growth

Your background

• 4+ years of corporate finance work experience required
• Experience with financial accounting and financial systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
• Attention to detail, organized and thorough, with desire for continuous improvement
• Experience with a variety of financial systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, Workday, Zuora, Salesforce and Blackline
• Experience with cloud systems implementation a plus

CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $103,500 - $158,900Zone B: $93,200 - $143,000Zone C: $85,900 - $131,900Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
