Work on the largest retail transformation the UK has ever knownorbit are pleased to be working with a pioneering leader in supermarkets, as we support them in building a completely new, world-class retail technology landscape, from eCommerce platforms, retail stores PoS and inventory systems, supply chain, distribution and warehouse management systems, to buying and merchandising, financial and state of the art people systems as well as the latest in data and workplace innovations, you'll play a key role in defining their future security architecture landscape across rapidly evolving projects.

The RoleJoining a growing strategy and architectural function you'll get to play a vital role, as you will conduct analysis of and deliver consultancy on the security posture of complex system architectures, working within a collaborative team to define and maintain functional security requirements for solution architecture and develop methodologies for defining and maintaining non-functional requirements, you will also work with other security experts including Information Assurance consultants, accreditors, analysts and penetration testers to inform secure architectural design that meets all relevant governance requirements. You will apply detailed knowledge of the current cybersecurity threat landscape, technical vulnerabilities and attack methodologies to the design of complex architectures and lead security-related project delivery elements, including technical levels as well as high project level views.

Requirements

• Experience applying architectural frameworks
• A sound understanding of Information Assurance Frameworks.
• Good technical knowledge and experience across Microsoft platforms and technologies.
• Extensive experience in Networks, Data Centre Systems, and cloud architecture (application, data and infrastructure) – including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS security.
• Experience in building and secured resources within Azure and other leading cloud platforms
• Knowledge of virtual and physical networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, IP, Encryption.
• Knowledge and experience in performing threat modelling techniques and tooling to drive security-by-design.
• Experience working with DevOps and DevSecOps orientated environments.
• Demonstrate Drive and Passion for cybersecurity and enthusiasm for spreading knowledge across the business.
