You'll thrive if you are highly organized, driven, a self-starter, analytical and have strong attention to detail.This role will report to the Head of Revenue Finance ( Data Center & Migrations). You will play a key role in supporting the Enterprise Sales organisation. This role will work in partnership with our go-to-market teams (deal desk, sales operations and sales). You will also work closely with the broader finance and team including Accounting, Strategy and Business Operations.

In this role, you'll get to:

    • Collaborate to review and improve finance deal processes, procedures, standards and tools, and share best practices across Deal Management teams.
    • You will review and summarise the contract deal terms and overall economics for deals that go to the Head of FPA or CFO for approval.
    • Work closely with various cross-functional teams to facilitate the deals process, including deal exception approvals.
    • Partner with the FPA topline team on forecast adjustments for large complex contracts
    • Support the monetisation team in evaluating pricing and packaging proposals
    • Proactively highlight opportunities for process improvements
    • Perform ad-hoc analyses on strategic projects

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

    • Quantitative:
    • Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience
    • Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting work experience including planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, interpreting and reporting business performance results
    • Prior experience supporting sales from an FP&A perspective in a Saas company is highly desirable
    • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
    • Strong technical fundamentals such as spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel) and exposure to planning tools (Anaplan) and data/finance systems (Netsuite)
    • Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau)
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics), MBA and/or CPA is a plus
    • Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience
$124,800 - $230,600 a yearCompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $150,300 - $230,600Zone B: $135,300 - $207,600Zone C: $124,800 - $191,400Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.Please see here for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
