As part of our Product and Solutions Marketing organization and reporting directly to our Vice President of Product Marketing, this highly visible, global role will be serving as half solutions marketing lead and half senior technical marketing engineer. With a strong platform play spanning the worldwide Service Provider, Enterprise, and Consumer markets and well over 50 integrated solutions and growing, Acronis needs your help with our technology ecosystem program, strategic partners, joint solutions, and competitive intelligence and market landscape research in our marketing organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the solutions marketing lead for all of our integrated solutions and our ecosystem program.
- Be the primary go-to for competitive intelligence information, prioritization of research projects, and the creation/administration of a self-service/consultative approach.
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy, plan, and its execution for our ecosystem program and integrated solutions. You’ll work in partnership with the ecosystem program lead and a virtual team spanning the rest of our organization, as well as our stakeholder organizations within the CTO office, product management, the field, and our marketing siblings.
- Author, video, record, review, present, demo and generally own the messaging and content for our integrated solutions in collaboration across our virtual team.
- Contribute to thought leadership, solutions, regional, and product marketing content to weave our ecosystem program and integrations story through all of our content and messaging – for an integrated messaging and marketing approach to our integrations marketing. You’ll also help ensure our ISV partners market our relationship and joint solutions as well.
- Strive to continuously deliver industry, market and product insights and vision to support product roadmap/positioning, campaign development and other relevant areas, and company growth.
- Work with our AR/Market Research lead to build an internal, intranet presence to share research and reports that other teams may draw from.
- Work with the ecosystem program lead to maintain our project plans and tracking, as well as an intranet space to communicate broadly and transparently across our stakeholder teams.
- Participate in regular update calls with our ISV partners, and in analyst, customer, and channel partner calls.
- Work with our business development/account management leads to help build stronger relationships with our ISV partners on a peer-to-peer level.
- Serve as an evangelist on integrated solutions when and where called upon.
- Work within our operational processes and system to ensure work is documented, tracked, measured, and reported on. You’ll bring some best practices from other companies and prior experiences, and work with the integrations/ecosystem virtual team to ensure KPIs for the company’s investments are met.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 10+ years of solutions, product, and technical marketing experience within the IT industry.
- Front-line manager experience at an established high-tech company preferred with an understanding of planning, resourcing, budgeting, handling dependencies, long-term roadmaps, Agile environments, and connecting technology projects with complex business priorities – including ‘co-opetition’ relationships.
- Strong technical domain experience in both backup/disaster recovery and cyber security markets is a must have. Experience working with RMM, PSA, and other provider solutions or major platforms like XDR, SOAR and SIEM is a strong plus.
- Segment experience spanning Service Providers with a strong focus on MSPs and cloud channel partners, and all sizes of Enterprise down to B2B2SMB or C.
- Experience working within ecosystem and developer programs, with responsibility for marketing joint, integrated solutions with leading companies across multiple market adjacencies, strategic/reciprocal relationships, and technology certification programs.
- Successful track record of cross-functional, cross-company collaboration.
- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to have impact and influence a highly virtualized, matrixed, global team.
- Strong problem solving and executive presentation skills, able to present to partners, customers, analysts, councils, blog under your own byline, and prior experience taking the stage at major events.
- Experience working across tech and business teams, and getting the direct voice of the customer to gain insights, consensus, and share and apply insights into products, programs, and engagements.
- Hands-on tech lab experience able script, stage, demo, and capture third-party integrated solutions, and author/translate architecture and joint value propositions into compelling, consumable solutions content, canned and live visual experiences, and sales training.
- Experience researching, synthesizing, reporting, presenting, training, and sometimes performing basic teardowns on alternative or competitive solutions to offer portfolio-level competitive intelligence and market landscapes.
