Manager, Internal Audit

You will be part of a great team that collaborates with all parts of our business, examining business processes and internal controls with an eye for improving effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Demonstrated success carrying out technical internal audit reviews
• Great collaboration skills, comfortable and capable of building ongoing productive relationships with all levels of management
• An enthusiastic and proactive nature, able to chart your own course and work on problems for which there is no clear solutions
• A working knowledge of SaaS applications, cloud technologies & architectures, and agile development practices

• With strong partner engagement skills, you are able to balance contending priorities and deliver on deadlines

In this role you'll get to:

• Develop ongoing relationships with business stakeholders, advising process owners about control or process enhancements
• Manage audit operational reviews from scoping to reporting
• Participate in control deficiency remediation activities
• Work as part of our advisory programs to guide stakeholders on process improvements, risk mitigation, control enhancements, and audit matters for key business initiatives
• 5+ years of audit experience at a Big 4 firm or a large private or public company

It's great, but not required, if you have

• CISA, CIA, CPA, CFE, CISSP, PMP, or related certifications/training
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27000 series, or CCM frameworks, especially testing aligned internal controls
