Day to day you will:
- Provide clients with change management and/or people advisory expertise to allow them to realise their strategic aspirations and/ or project outcomes
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and build trusted relationships with our clients
- Actively seek feedback from clients to ensure our service quality is maintained
- Deliver sustainable change and people advisory capability across a wide range of industries
- Identify new business opportunities to provide added value to clients
- Apply an awareness and understanding of the general business, economic environments, and any risks involved in undertaking engagements
- Work with a variety of different KPMG individuals on different engagements
- Provide on the job coaching for other KPMG individuals on engagements
- Contribute to the development and marketing of new offerings and services
What you'll bring to the team:
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant practical change management or people advisory/consulting experience in a consultancy or large corporation
- Drive and enthusiasm with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong sense of ownership to deliver change in a practical and pragmatic fashion
- Technical experience in change management methodologies and frameworks e.g. ADKAR
- A proven track record of delivering sustainable change
- Knowledge of implementing adoption measures to demonstrate successful embedding of change
- Experience in people coaching and development
- Proven stakeholder management skills especially in complex organisations
- An ability to develop great relationships within a multi-disciplinary client-facing teams
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Experience of Agile is beneficial as is knowledge of People and Culture departments, policies and processes
- Ultimately a passion for people and change
