Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain partner portal content by tracking and evaluating content; ensuring information is relevant and current.Facilitate solution selling partner videos.Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to collect, organize and produce content for partners focused on products, campaigns, etc.Collect, format, proof, and distribute regular communications ensuring timeliness and consistency.Coordinate with Rackspace Partner Account Managers to drive inclusion of Rackspace content in partner learning management systems.Partner enablement through content management.Follows standard practices and procedures in completing analysis or tasks.Impact primarily extends to own team but interacts with other areas of the organization as part of process workflows.Works on assignments and problems of limited scope requiring judgement and initiative, using standard practices and procedures.Builds stable internal and external working relationships.Ability to become proficient in manipulating data on Partner Relationship Management tool.Has conceptual knowledge of theories and practices of business operations and learns how to execute on policy and procedures within the discipline.Learns about Rackspace products, services and strategy.
