Business Analyst - Services - Remote | USA

Join us.Who we are looking for:The Services Business Analyst will report to the Services Chief of Staff and support the Services Leadership team with analysis, presentations, special projects, and process improvement. This position will drive consistency, clarity, growth, and operational efficiency for the Services organization.  Specific duties include (but are not limited to): presentation creation, report and trend analysis, and managing a team of offshore resources to assist in similar tasks. The services organization consists of three lines of business with numerous practices within and has more than 1000 people across our global operation.

How you'll make an impact:

• Act as a dedicated business analyst to support Services leaders
• Ad-hoc analytical projects to support profitability, efficiency, and services growth
• Variance qualitative analysis, research, and reporting 
• Conduct performance analysis, preparing reports, compare financial data, and informational data to support strategic decision making
• Assist the business unit in other areas as needed 
• Manage resources in India who will support the process and tasks

Qualifications for success:

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics or mathematics
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in technology or service organization  
• Communication: Able to articulate ideas to interface with senior leaders and have strength in building relationships across company departments 
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and other application skills 
• General understanding of accounting and revenue recognition principles including analytical skills
• Self-Management:  Can take on significant levels of responsibility with minimal management. Able to think outside the box and chart a path by identifying needs within the business and designing solutions for them
• Systems proficiency: Considerable experience with Microsoft Excel and adapt to new systems as needed 
• Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates the qualities of being ethical, forthright, and trustworthy
