We are looking for a US benefits analyst with experience in benefits delivery and able to support program management to help build our US benefits strategy, as we reimagine building the future of benefits that are reflective of Atlassian's culture and values while supporting our employee growth at scale.This will be an diverse role to lend itself to partnering with many different team members, collaborating and supporting our US Benefits Managers. You will have the chance to experience an array of exciting benefit projects to achieve automation and create efficiencies. You will jump in and assisting with benefit implementations, policy and program reviews, and delving into US specific deliverables on a needs basis. You will have experience in US benefits administration, communication of benefit programs, project and team member management, benefits administration, and experience supporting benefit rollouts.
What you'll do
- Work with the US benefits team on projects supporting the US benefits strategy plans
- Draft US communications to help create awareness and build education around our exciting benefit programs
- You will be reporting to the US Benefits Manager and assisting with maintaining US programs
- Delve into Team Anywhere and benefit-related programs
- Support aspects of benefits administration, annual renewal processes, and vendor management
- Promote employee engagement and participation through communication, education, and events
- Participate in benchmark surveys and make recommendations to establish competitive benefits programs and policies
- Understand current and emerging market trends and identify potential opportunities and gaps
- Provide support for leave of absences and other programs
- Work with People Operations and HRIS to help with compliance and operational excellence
- Help build policies and programs and provide recommendations to ensure programs are in compliance with legal requirements
- Support with internal teams and third-party administrators to resolve employee issues and inquiries as the first point of contact for second-tier queries
Your background
- Experience in HR and benefits in high-growth or corporate environments
- Bachelor's' degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related field
- Knowledgeable on benefits practices, operations, and compliance
- High level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Appreciation for the fact that we work in a global environment that is changing and growing
- Experience with US benefits and excel
- Experience configuring time off or benefits in Workday or similar HRIS
CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $72,000 - $110,400Zone B: $64,800 - $99,360Zone C: $59,760 - $91,632Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
