If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are currently seeking a 3rd Party ECU Partner Manager who will work closely with our internal and supplier teams to drive the third-party ECU software. This position is an individual contributor role and requires a strong background in vendor and project management. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

    • Drive vendor software validation from receiving the binaries from the suppliers to the customer release
    • Bridge the gap between the ECU owners and the Digital software teams
    • Lead cross-functional teams to complete the software validation on time to meet the software release timelines
    • Work closely with Giso and the team to align the third-party ECU software in the customer releases
    • Build relationships with ECU owners and support them on any software issues, validation, or releases
    • Drive technical vendor meetings on software issues. Support ECU owner and the vendor to root cause and close the issues
    • Report on the third-party ECU validation status and vendor health based on the issues
    • Create and maintain the third-party ECU software roadmap

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management
    • Must have strong experience in project management or product management
    • Experience working with software development and validation teams (internal, and external)
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

    • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
    • Experience in project management and product management
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Excel

Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering discipline, Master’s preferred
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $115,000 - $165,000Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
