<b>About the Role</b>Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Branch Operation Staff for Lampung. In this role, you will be in charge of the operational driver spectrum within the Lampung branch level, which includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilizations, driver acquisitions, driver engagements, and solving driver problems on the field. Working closely with the larger Sumatra region team, you will even get to localize the HQ strategy that matches the nature of the district. Perhaps the most meaningful of all: your efforts will work to enhance the lives and livelihoods of our driver partners in the region, providing them with the attention, experience, and opportunities they deserve.<h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><ul><li>List, identify, and propose solutions to our driver partners' problems on the field and ensure their concerns are heard by following up with them</li><li>Manage driver community by doing a regular offline engagement (i.e. 'kopdar') as our way to inform, reach, and engage with driver-partners</li><li>Monitor personal metrics of engagement with driver-partners, Propose activities/programs to increase the level of engagement and Ensure all engagement programs are well executed and implemented</li><li>Handle driver support unit according to agreed operating office hours</li><li>Support implementation of Gojek's policies/programs by managing these changes  </li><li>Monitor "Booking Completion Rate (BCR)" to ensure the operational activities run well at the district level</li><li>Coordinate with Branch Operations Manager for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service</li></ul></ul><h3>What You Will Need</h3><ul><ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in the supply chain or operational field (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply!)</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve driver-related issues</li><li>Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to drive effective collaborations and healthy relationship with various stakeholders</li><li>Sharp attention to detail to increase productivity and reduce the likelihood of errors</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational abilities to ensure the district team is on track to achieve its goals</li><li>Basic SQL understanding/experience will be a plus point</li></ul></ul><b>About the Team</b>Our Operations team is a big group spread out across multiple regions in Indonesia. Working alongside the Product team, we are predominantly concerned with all things to do with our driver-partners - their experiences using our services, their life cycle, their engagement with the company, and growing our driver-partner family in the area, just to name a few things. We also oversee the supply within Gojek, including creating detailed business analyses, outlining problems, and developing solutions for our driver-partners.  One of the biggest challenges our team has had to face has undoubtedly been maintaining a high level of engagement with our driver-partners amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure our driver-partner ties remain strong with the company, we introduced online meet-ups and forums with our driver-partners where they can openly discuss their questions, concerns, and experiences directly with our team.  Our team genuinely enjoys what we do since we get to see the impact of our work reflected in our driver-partners everyday lives on the field. We're a fun group made up of avid readers, amateur gamers, Netflix watchers, K-pop listeners, and (guilty🙈) reality show watchers. We're also big foodies since we're spoiled for choice here in Indonesia (food recommendations are always welcome!).<b>About Gojek</b>Gojek is a Super App. It is one app for ordering food, commuting, digital payments, shopping, hyper-local delivery, and a dozen other products. In this role, you’ll focus your efforts on scouting out potential merchant-partners, boosting merchant acquisition initiatives, and spreading awareness about our Point of Sales system. You’ll go the extra mile to better understand our merchant-partners' concerns and experiences on the field to resolve their pain points, and relay the information you gather to our Product and Business development teams. Your efforts will help enhance our merchant-partners’ daily operations, and better position our platform as the most trusted solution provider in the region and beyond.<h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><ul><li>Network and establish strong ties with potential customers by actively scouting out and keeping up to date with the new shops and owners in town</li><li>Meet with potential customers to better understand their business operations, concerns, and needs, and then present / conduct a live demo of Moka POS’ features</li><li>Achieve daily targets of lead generation and demo appointments</li><li>Communicate customer experience and feedback to Product and Business development team</li></ul></ul><h3>What You Will Need</h3><ul><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels</li><li>A self-motivated attitude as you’ll need to independently conduct canvassing initiatives around your region</li><li>An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and balance a heavy workload</li><li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply</li></ul></ul><b>About the Team</b>In the Commerce Enablement team, we consistently strive to implement solutions that allow our merchant-partners in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region) to sell their products both online and offline. We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.The Lampung Sales team is part of the larger Commerce Enablement stream. Our portfolio of products include merchant-facing solutions that aid our subscribed merchant-partners in their sales operations. Southeast Asia is a highly dynamic market, where products have to react promptly to market trends and shifts, and where product managers and business leads need the flexibility to experiment and iterate fast. With that in mind, as the Sales team, we introduce and educate potential customers on how they can benefit by using our products.One of the biggest obstacles our team has had to overcome is figuring out the most effective way to increase our standing in the market with our Point of Sales solutions. After many weeks of research, collaboration, and trial and error, we figured out that the best way to tackle this issue was to pour a bulk of our effort into acquiring more merchant-partners in various industries, leveraging heavily on the Gojek ecosystem as a whole.We're a highly flexible team with a target-driven mindset. We manage our own work hours, so long as we deliver the expected results on time.
