You are adaptable and can support teams to pivot in a fast-paced environment that’s always changing. You can spin up a model on a whiteboard, draft a DACI, or tell a story from Jira reporting or financial data. In this role you will:
- Help run high-visibility projects (which range from analytics deep dives, customer insights, operational efficiency, organisational change, team off-sites, and annual planning)
- Arm our team with the right Atlassian plays and products to execute projects that are most impactful for our customers, identifying any roadblocks that might get in the way
- Help build a framework that puts team wellness and high engagement at the core; enabling balanced collaboration, efficient project management, robust data and reporting, and effective team communication
- Seek continuous improvement of a minimal governance model to ensure team processes are focused, intentional and impactful
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program and operational management
- Experience turning a strategy into executable plans and driving high visibility projects
- Story-telling ability through numbers and trends and the ability to make data digestible to varied audiences (big data, financial models, etc.)
- Experience in identifying areas for improvement and providing the solutions to remove those obstacles
