Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for all Implementation and transition activities, including: Facilitating implementation kick-offs to understand contractual deliverables and timelines; Creating project plans that factor in dependencies; Gathering requisite functional, operational, technical, and processes to support the solution; Managing the implementation and communications defined in the project plan; validating implemented solution for functionality against defined deliverables; and gaining sign-off that all operational, business, and client deliverables/milestones are completed.
- Supports Client Executives in the preparation and facilitation of customer visits.
- Remains informed on architecture/design activities for assigned customers, including the technical design of customer builds, and recent Client engineer recommendations regarding improvements.
- Remains informed on account plans for assigned customers.
- Owns and facilitates advisory implementation calls for new and existing customer environments.

- 8 - 11 years of experience in the field of role required.
