As a Systems Engineer in our Workplace Technology team, you will work as part of a growing global team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and driving our identity governance and security journey.We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer, to help with adoption and development of highly scalable business application solutions. This position will be responsible for a range of technologies and tasks including integrations with our identity & access management tooling, configuration and implementation of wide range of business tools and developing creative solutions to support the needs of our business partner’s evolving requirements.More about youWe love people with a healthy balance of technical ability and a passion for helping users. On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Advanced administration experience with IT business tools including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspaces, Dropbox, Office 365 and the Atlassian suite.
• Skills with configuration and maintenance of SAML integrations and platforms like Okta or Cyber Ark Identity.
• Solid web services knowledge, particularly usage of REST and SCIM APIs
• Experience with identity & access management software solutions, ideally Sailpoint IdentityNow (or IdentifyIQ)
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication
• Established skills working with production environments, supporting operational issues

It is great, but not required, if you have experience with:

• Experience working with information security, compliance and audit teams
• Experience with privilege access management tools like Cyber Ark PAM
• Experience with LDAP directories such as Active Directory
• General application network skills like email configuration & routing and domain claims
