The Role

• Design and develop complex software for supporting the next generation Access Control Module ECU for Lucid Air and Gravity Project.
• Develop and design high quality Firmware/Software for ACM.
• Use state of the art algorithms and Automotive technologies to delivery the product.
• Ensure optimization of software through design reviews and code reviews.
• Develop a design and/or product validation test program to ensure robustness of design.
• Integrate with different teams such as Body, Powertrain, Connectivity, Data Science etc to realize the project.

Qualifications

• Expertise in embedded C. 
• Strong proficiency in Shell Scripting & Python. 
• Expert knowledge and understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS). 
• Strong understanding of embedded programming and protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI etc. 
• Strong understanding of Automotive Diagnostics and Implementation experience (UDS, DTC etc) 
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. 
• Experience with writing unit tests for embedded devices. 
• Prior experience with Access Control Systems for Keyless Entry, Phone as a Key using High Frequency, Low Frequency, Bluetooth and/or Ultra-wide Band is a big plus. 
• Experience with scripting tools and methods to optimize SW development and testing activities. 
• At least 15+ years of industry experience. 
• MS/BS minimum in the areas of Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering or other related fields or equivalent experience
