If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Writer, Diagnostics to join our Integration and Validation team.  In this role you will interface between the Diagnostic team, Service team, and external stakeholders. You will also maintain diagnostic information and procedures contained in the diagnostics database.

The Role:

    • Interface between Diagnostic team, Service team, external stakeholder.
    • Maintain diagnostic information and procedures contained in the diagnostics database
    • Work with Diagnostic team and service team to ensure content is authored as per lucid standard.
    • Comprehend technical content and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure complete content coverage and formatting
    • Report status updates on a regular basis

Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in Technical writing.
    • Proficient in word processing tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe.
    • Aptitude with transcribing non-technical writing into comprehensible content.
    • Proficient in word processing tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe.
    • Passion of Automotive content
    • Authoring instructions and procedures type technical document experience

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Technical understanding of Electric Vehicle architecture  
    • Familiarity with Electric Vehicle troubleshooting procedures 

Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
