In this position the individual will be involved in designing, building and maintaining website and software applications using Kubernetes and Docker. You will also develop backend engines using Java, Go, Scala, Python, and Infra provisioning using Terraform & Ansibles. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. We are looking for a hands-on senior engineer, who will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define UI/UX designs.

The Role

• Full-stack Web development with HTML, JavaScript using React, AngularJS using Node.js
• Design and develop a stand-alone web application for provisioning Cloud Platform Services across global deployments on both Public Cloud Infrastructure providers and on-prem setup
• Design, build and maintain website and software applications using Kubernetes and Docker
• Develop backend engines using Java, Go, Scala, Python, and Infra provisioning using Terraform & Ansibles
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define UI/UX designs
• Requirements gathering and use case study to develop end-to-end applications for the internal customers to the provision cloud platform on a single click
• Develop and deploy web applications in a cross-platform, cross-browser environment.
• Define test cases and develop a test harness to ensure proper requirement coverage.
• Use the latest web application techniques and programming practices

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in building frontend & backend applications
• 3-5 years of experience in building web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Angular.js, and React framework
• 1-3 years of experience in building backend applications using Java, Python, Scala, Go
• 1-3 years of experience  building applications using Docker and K8s
• Stronghold on the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Able to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Establishing reusable code, libraries, and patterns
• Familiarity with web development and debugging tools.
• Proficiency in RDBMS using Postgres and no-SQL such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Participate in agile and scrum best practices as we strive for continuous integration and delivery (CI-CD)
• Understanding of cloud-based development and deployment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization skills, and dedication to quality
• Knowledgeable of REST-based API-s
• Attention to detail and an appreciation for design and beautiful UX Desired Experience
• Supporting production operations and providing engineering-level insight on platform issues
