Senior Manager, Cloud Product Enablement

Then, Atlassian has a great opportunity for you.We are seeking a leader who will provide direct leadership for a team of senior product and analytic experts who partner across Confluence Cloud, Trello, and platform services. You are fit for the role if you have a successful history of managing teams to understand customer challenges and develop actionable business insights to drive outcomes. We are looking for a difference maker, with a great blend of strategy and team development. You will be a mentor, multiplier, influencer, and awesome communicator rolled into one. On your first day, we'll expect that:

    • You have more than 5 years in a dynamic leadership role in a fast-growing Cloud services company
    • You are a proven partner who can look at challenges and opportunities from different perspectives to build lasting relationships on trust and shared values
    • You are an exceptional coach who can mentor your team toward driving an outsized impact on the customer experience
    • You are very experienced in identifying risk and resolving potential conflicts between stakeholders with grace and clarity through data-informed analysis
    • You are able to come up with multiple solutions to problems, weigh the trade-offs and efforts, identify the best path forward, and exercise good judgment to drive ahead

It's also great if:

    • You have experience in developing customer insights to develop or influence product roadmaps
    • You enjoy driving action based on data insights by making the data speak and be felt by your audience who sit across multiple levels of the organization
    • You have the capability to quickly learn and be impactful in new areas to keep pace with our rapid growth and evolution
    • You have the willingness to take an ambiguous assignment, create a framework to understand and communicate it and propose strategies to executives

In this role:

    • You will guide the business partnership between Product Development and Customer Support for a portfolio of Cloud products
    • You will mentor and lead a senior team of Service Enablement Engineers to drive product improvement and manage change effectively
    • You will collaborate across departments with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams across the globe to eliminate friction in Atlassian products and processes
    • You will communicate your findings in writing, charting and orally to key stakeholders to product leadership and executive teams for budget-impacting decisions
