Point A. Atlas is the world’s first teamwork directory. It exists to help scale effective communication practices between teams. Atlas is an incredibly unique product. It plays a foundational role in the future of Atlassian’s product strategy. We believe Atlas will be the connective tissue between all of Atlassian’s first party and third party products - empowering teams around the world to work differently, together. As the Head of Product for Atlas, you will lead our newly created category-defining product. You’ll be responsible for the individual product managers in the team, strategy, vision, roadmap and overall success of the product. Your primary goal is to grow product beyond the beta phase to millions of users - transforming how teams in organisations across the world communicate between each other. You’ll partner closely with marketing to help promote the product and improvements, connect our customers to value and educate the market on this new product category.Partnering with engineering and design, you’ll work together to build a product that encourages teams to be effective communicators, focus on outcomes, foster psychological safety and help every person in every team to bring their whole selves to work. You’ll work regularly with our Co-founders (also our Co-CEO’s), our Chief Product Officer and key leaders of key departments across the organisation to evangelise the vision, manage expectations and make decisions across all of Atlassian’s product portfolio – impacting the collective future of all our products.
