This position requires an experienced professional with a background in vehicle alerting and fault reporting strategies. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on vehicle trend analysis and health monitoring
• Validate and disposition vehicle alerts
• Understand analytics and models that output alerts
• Identify and drive projects for analytic optimization and reduce alert volume
• Work closely with Services Engineering and Customer Care to pinpoint customer technical issues
• Draft, review, and maintain training materials in consultation with Systems Engineering and Remote Diagnostics
• Resolve critical issues as they arise by coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Serve as a champion to the overall Alert Monitoring team
• Troubleshoot data issues
• Be creative in your design
• Work in a multi-program environment
• Maintain relevant timelines and deliverables with Program Managers
• Present outcomes and progress to the Executive team as well as to other audiences

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or other related technical fields
• 3+ years Technical Project Management experience
• Willingness to work different shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical information
• Have worked in a high pace environment
• Experience in process and project development in cross-functional teams
• Understanding of analytics and machine learning
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proven technical leadership experience
• Experience in training and onboarding new team members
