We work directly with partners to deliver targeted email campaigns that aim to provide the best customer experience.We're hiring an email campaign manager and producer, reporting to the Digital Customer Success Team. You are an email nerd with a background in building email campaigns and implementing iterative testing strategies. Here, you'll support the Digital Customer Success Team with technical email campaign development, setup and testing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
What you'll do
- Develop net-new HTML email campaigns, including AMPScripting and other automation where needed
- Manage end-to-end strategic setup and monitoring of SFMC journeys
- Implement iterative testing methodologies for existing campaigns
- Perform full QA testing
- Partner with other teams including audience targeting coordination
- Provide content input and feedback to help other campaign managers with their email content and journeys
- Collaborate across the Digital Customer Success Team and provide best practice recommendations
Your background
- Experience with email marketing coding methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPScript development
- 3+ years of experience setting up and performing end-to-end testing of multiple-email journeys
- 3+ years of experience using several methods of audience import and setup in Data Extensions or similar
- Identify audience attribute requirements and translate them into strategic audience requirements
- 1+ years of experience performing content and technical QA
- Build relationships and collaborate with partners
- Interpret email performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with email marketing best practices
- Individual project management skills and meet milestone deadlines
CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $123,863 - $190,000Zone B: $111,476 - $171,000Zone C: $102,806 - $157,700Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
