Who we are looking for:Accomplished services selling analyst well-versed in project management, change management, process improvement, business analytics, and strategic projects. The Sr Analyst will provide tactical assistance, analyze data, and execute on strategic projects in coordination with the Sr. Manager and Director.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Provide day to day execution of strategic projects tied to Optiv’s Services Selling Process (SSP), including project management and coordination
- Participate in SSP design, enablement, and launch session workstreams
- Support and monitor SSP performance, issue collection, and tracking of services updates as required to drive success
- Provide tactical assistance; coordinate meetings, execute discrete analytics and develop reports
Qualifications for success:
- 1-2 years of services selling experience, preferably within cyber security
- Applied knowledge of services selling process, delivery process, pricing, and governance of supporting data
- Knowledge of services business operations and information technology platforms
- Quantitative skills and ability to translate analysis to insight
- Elevated analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to prioritize and manage through ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence in cross-group teams
- Familiar with the capabilities of Excel, Word, Salesforce, data modeling, and query languages
- Ability to support projects, process, organizational change management, and active participation in cross-functional and cross-business workshops
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
