We conduct methodology-driven security testing to provide an appropriate level of security assurance to protect our products, company, customers and employees.We're hiring a Security Testing Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Security Testing. You are an experienced resource coordinating the engagement, technical logistics, visibility, technical vulnerability remediation and support of security testing, with a background in leading technical teams, executive engagement, commercial, procurement and budget management. Here, you'll work with technical engineers (internal and 3rd party) to deliver security testing engagements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate engagement, technical logistics, visibility, technical vulnerability remediation and post-fieldwork support of technical security testing engagements
• Partner with Product Security, Engineering, Trust Engagement, project managers and multiple other teams
• Achieve success in Security Testing to improving the security of Atlassian's information assets
• Identify technical blockers, goals and success metrics ensuring awareness, OKR/roadmap awareness, and expectations
• Manage technical engagements, projects, stakeholders, partners, timelines, comms, etc.

Your background

• Significant experience leading technical teams, technical IT management, third party service management
• Demonstrated experience coordinating Security Testing, Penetration Testing or Secure Code Review engagements
• Relevant degree or certification desirable
• Background in executive engagement, commercial and/or procurement desirable
• Success with delivering large-scale technical IT change management projects desirable
• Passion for/ familiarity with accomplishing delivery of technical security assurance and/or technical uplift projects
