Project Manager - Marketing Database

As the Project Manager - Marketing Database, you will drive to manage multiple Data Quality projects in collaboration with staff across our Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Business Systems teams. This will be done to establish and maintain the Data Management, Enrichment, and Segmentation processes. You'll act between Data Management and Marketing Analytics teams to guide both sides where data sits to analyze and what needs to happen in Data Management to fulfill analytical / reporting needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyze CRM data to get more insights for the upcoming projects/activities
• Analyze and establish requirements for data
• Conduct gap analysis to determine the status of existing data
• Define and implement data acquisition and update activities to maintain database at desired coverage and quality levels
• Lead projects with several stakeholders
• Create thoughtful documentation for projects, processes and data schemes
• Monitor and report on database quality metrics
• Fulfill operational data requests for the Marketing organization
• Translate business requirements into data management tasks to be able to report on specific needs
• Manage projects and investigations related to the database
• Maintain proficiency in Data Management systems and processes through training

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or other related fields or equivalent work experience required; Master's preferred 
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in System Analysis, Project Management, or Marketing Operations
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience with integrations between high-loaded CRM and its database with other systems/tools and understanding of how to fix data discrepancies
• Familiarity with Marketo and/or Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong data evaluation skills – with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
• Proficiency in project/process documentation
• Experience working with various stakeholders and conducting workshops to obtain relevant information and capture business needs
• Ability to make effective decisions and manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines while providing attention to detail
• Strong logical mind with sound research and analytical skills, flexible/adaptable
• Excellence at problem-solving and approaching issues in multiple ways
• Ability to work both in collaboration and independently with minimum supervision
• Fluent English
