Program Manager - Sales & Finance Technology

What you'll do

• You will be a trusted partner for the Sales & Finance Technology teams that are driving the next series of transformative programs across Quote to Cash, Sales Acceleration and Revenue growth.
• Partner with upstream teams such as Data Engineering, Data & Analytics to deliver and improve a data-driven sales motion at scale.
• You will use your experience to ensure that we deliver on our transformations to lead benefits at scale to support Atlassian's unique go-to-market business model.
• Partner with global peer delivery teams and manage change and adoption of main IT programs and services.
• You proactively find and address risks associated with the program.
• You can connect with people all over the globe at multiple levels of seniority across IT and business teams.
• You can handle an entire business problem and build solutions.
• You can manage budgets for complex programs
• You have the wisdom to know when to run with something on your own and when to ask for help and naturally balances the need for pragmatism and empathy, while being passionate about results
• Strong foundational program management capability.

Your background

• 5+ years experience in related fields of IT Finance and Sales Operations.
• Notable experience with program managing an ERP, CRM or other major transformation for a hyper-growth SaaS company.
• Understanding of how a large-scale business operates and industry-leading Quote to Cash and GtM motions at scale.
• Experience turning strategy into sophisticated, effective organizational programs
• Demonstrated assignments that required autonomous creativity, and innovation of systems
• Experienced in agile development practices - roadmap planning, epics, user stories, backlog management.
• Experience presenting program updates and plans to senior leadership.
