The Process Manager is part of the Operational Excellence team, in Sales, responsible for managing and improving sales processes, contributing to the overall Acronis operational efficiency. Primary responsibilities include process review, gaps identification, improvement prioritization, stakeholder management, initiatives implementation and act as a control and change agent to ensure successful deployment and sustainability Process Operational Excellence at global level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop and implement business processes to achieve organization goals
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
- Develop best practices for business process improvements
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies or potential for improvement in our daily operations by analyzing data and processes
- Identify missing documentation of processes and ensure streamlined documentation of all sales processes
- Manages and works on implementation of projects and process improvement initiatives (process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness driven projects, automation implementations);
- Educate internal teams on process and ensure process adherence
- Update business processes to meet changing business needs
- Work with key stakeholders to align on current state, future state and proposed interventions for specific end-to-end processes;
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements
- Create and disseminate sales process best practices to key stakeholders
- Achieves defined individual and team KPIs, proactively implements improvement, correction and prevention measures for the specific situations;
- Standardizes and re-engineers processes as well as their interfaces according to overall process model;
- Reports, implements and monitors process-related KPIs/process heat maps; initiations and reports improvement measures and their progress if KPIs are not met;
- Shares best practice/know-how transfer with relevant stakeholders;
- Process implementation according to process design determined by Global Operational Excellence Lead (including documentation, process mapping)
- Assess and audit frequently the process organization and improve compliance to process documentation
- Map out processes using process maps/VSM – previous experience with running interviews on process mapping
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and bottlenecks within process and run RCA with sales reps
- Closely collaborate with sales representatives to ensure streamlined processes and project approaches;
- Ability to perform in a complex, fast-paced environment and continuously changing environment
- Be a change agent: challenge organizational leaders to drive continuous improvements; remove organizational barriers to continuous improvement processes.
- Be an efficiency expert: Identifies process inefficiencies and sources of loss and coordinates/facilitates activities using cross-functional resources to eliminate them; Tracks and trends sources of loss, improvements efforts and educates employees along with communicating progress;
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Five (5) years of work experience in a highly analytical process improvement role
- At least five (5) years of experience in developing, optimizing and connecting processes according to BPMN
- Knowledge and experience with RACI, SIPOC and Process Reference Models
- Strength in motivation, communication and assertiveness, change management;
- High analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with very good time and self-management.
- Ability to implement and manage processes
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews to gain input and feedback
- Ability to work with diverse skill sets (from technical to strategic resources)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced), Visio (Intermediate)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments
- Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively
- Comfortable with a hands-on role. Strong communications and cross-functional management skills
