Principal Partner Solutions Strategist for a necessary role within our Partner Solutions Acceleration team. You will oversee the Partner Solutions strategy, capability, practice development and channel development with one of our most Strategic Partner. You will collaborate with the Channel Business Development and Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineers/Architects and play an important part in a global team dedicated to ensuring the success of Atlassian practice in one of our fastest growing strategic partnership.There is simply not a more exciting and impactful Atlassian practice building opportunity anywhere. What you'll do
- Establish a global practice development strategy in collaboration with Partner Technical Architect, Customer Advisory, Channel, Sales and Marketing teams to grow and accelerate our Strategic Partner business.
- Provide guidance and work with Atlassian partner to create packaged Enterprise Agility implementation services, solutions and GTM strategy based on Jira, Jira Align,and other Atlassian Solutions.
- Collaborate across Atlassian to build and deliver a coordinated enablement model.
- Conduct Jira, JA and JSM capability and enablement workshops with partner.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales to educate them on partner capabilities and increase the co-selling motion.
- Align and collaborate with your team in the Customer Success, Channel, and Sales organizations to achieve results.
- Collaborate with partner on Enterprise Agility expertise and evangelism.
Your background
- You will have 10+ years of product, consulting and sales experience within Enterprise Agility and Digital Transformation.
- A history of working in a matrix organization where internal/external bridge-building and partnering is an essential quality.
- Good to have experience working with Partners.
- Excellent business insight! Understanding of how to position and sell value, calculate return on investment, and consultative selling.
- Mastered executive communication, but also feel comfortable conducting workshops and working with technology teams.
- You strive to be the very best. Your ego is in-check.
- You will focus and guide Atlassian Solutions and expertise programs, but also keep an eye on the business as a whole.
- You bring a record of meeting performance metrics - both sales and non-revenue targets.
- An extreme sense of responsibility and accountability. We have goals and we need you to accomplish them.

This is a specialist team with deep industry and technology solutions expertise, and is responsible for channel-driven business.
