As the Partner Account Manager - Hosting DACH, you will drive to define new large partners, win them over to Acronis with Marketing and Distribution. This is together with Enterprise Sales to expand the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage around 20 named Strategic Partners in DACH region
  • Develop partner Relationships in Channel to develop more Enterprise level leads
  • Assist in achieving targets in the region by signing new SP partners each quarter
  • Develop relationships with key partners/resellers across region to identify strategic deals
  • Work with Distribution Managers and Inside Sales on developing and growing end users
  • Run campaigns with Marketing team to drive SP and end user leads
  • Adopt a learning culture and ensure you are familiar with all of the Acronis products
  • Manage key deals from lead to contract sign off
  • Develop relationships with key partners to ensure we are aware at all times what is happening within their account and ensure marketing potential is fulfilled
  • Generate leads for Acronis products to significantly contribute to the sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement alliance marketing programs to support key alliances in region
  • Implement our global campaigns within the region

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • You have held a Channel sales and marketing position within a leading software vendor -preferably in Cyber Security- with a minimum of 5+ years sales and marketing experience in the software industry
  • You are well networked in the IT industry especially with resellers in DACH
  • In depth channel and field sales experience
  • Experience in implementing a distribution model with proven results in line with international business objectives
  • In depth knowledge of the channel market, Systems Integrators, Hosters & MSP´s across the region
  • Experience in effective marketing programs to support partner enablement and drive channel revenue
  • Have first class presentation, communication and planning skills
  • Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success
  • Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
