You will report to the Senior Manager of Solution Delivery, APAC. You will work in a consultative capacity and can strike that perfect blend of solution/technical knowledge with business acumen.You will lead with empathy and are motivated by your team's success. You are a life long learner and you look at failure as a necessary step in the journey towards knowledge/skill acquisition. You will work with decision-makers in large customer organisations to encourage understanding on important decisions. You will guide customers through a framework to analyse their problems and reach outcomes faster, coaching others to do the same.
What you'll do
- Directly manage an Advisory Services delivery team, who you will support with mentoring. You will also be responsible for staffing, onboarding and up-skilling new hires
- Support the demand pipeline by partnering with Services Solutions Advocates
- Manage the quality of service delivery for your team's engagements
- Work with Atlassian Solution Partners & Services Solutions Advocates to position the value of enterprise services relationship for our largest customers
- Engage in strategic conversations with customers' leadership to help them understand the value of Atlassian solutions and Atlassian Enterprise Services
- Contribute to strategic Advisory Services projects
- Collaborating with regional team leads and CSI Leadership to prioritise investments
- Experience leading a team and passion for mentoring, developing others
- Consultative, solution, or technical experience
- Experience working with large customers in a consulting or technical specialist capacity
- Typically up to 30% including some international travel may be required
Your background:
- You understand the process by which software is defined, built, and deployed
- You show understanding of IT infrastructure and governance and have exposure to business-critical systems management, experience with change management, and technical engagement delivery
- You have SaaS experience or experience in enterprise customer-facing roles
- You have a customer focus including discovery/interview skills
- You have change management and solution rollout/adoption experience
- You are comfortable speaking and influencing senior leadership internally and externally
- You can identify and explain themes from customer data
- You have experience helping an organisation adopt an Atlassian product or similar product
It's great, but not required if you have:
- Experience working on cross-team projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams
- Experience working with large customers in a consulting or technical specialist capacity
