We are seeking an experienced IT Professional with deep insights into consulting, IT Services & Solution Portfolio with a focus on cloud transformation to support our clients along their Business Transformation journey.The Regional Growth Partner (RGP) has the responsibility for the ongoing identification, development of new business pipeline, with new logo and key accounts. The RGP proactively screens the market and targets new Professional Service opportunities, conducting business analysis in the context of IT Services. Responsible for the creation of new business campaigns in collaboration with Professional Services Practice leaders.The RGP develops extensive executive and senior management relationships in client our organisations. They identify and develop the most attractive opportunities for potential engagements. They work collaboratively with our Sales and Solution teams across their assigned Regions. Involving partners, Practice Leaders, and our Regional Technical Leaders as appropriate. Responsible for the ongoing qualification of these opportunities and recommend how to engage, shape, and accelerate into pipeline. They own their assigned sub-region pipeline and work with Account Partners (AP) and Sales to facilitate the transition of qualified pipeline into winnable sales opportunities.  They remain involved during the engagement phase, as appropriate to support the sales and Account Partners.

Key Accountabilities:

    • Reporting to the Regional Partner for their allocated sub-region
    • Meet and/exceed monthly and quarterly growth pipeline quota
    • Build and drive accurate Account Plans for all named accounts
    • Run regular account and deal reviews
    • Drive sales of new product areas into named accounts
    • Hold regular 1:1 with any direct reports
    • Effectively manage staff performance issues
    • Need to establish effective communication channels with other teams and managers. 
    • Facilitate regular account targeting meetings as well as specific account Strategy calls in early stages of a sales cycle.
    • Proactively identify, qualify, and ensure proper hand-over of deals to Account Partner after deals have successfully qualified.
    • Lead early-stage engagements with sales teams during the deal shaping and deal development phase
    • Oversee the management of all Professional Services growth and pipeline activities across their assigned sub-region
    • Work with Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSM) & Account Partners (AP) to develop and execute win strategies and themes
    • Develop visionary Professional Services value propositions on executive level, encompassing all lines of business.
    • Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
