Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.JOB DUTIES:                 Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for Confluence Cloud products. Lead and guide a team of software developers while driving technical excellence, pushing innovation, quality and continuous delivery of new features and capabilities.  Plan and coordinate the development of Company's software product which entails persistent maintenance, upgrades, and sharing of technical expertise.  Lead software developers in utilizing current software tools and practices, such as Java, large scale web software, AWS, large scale distributed systems, microservices, continuous delivery, etc.   Work as part of a growing team, crafting the next generation of infrastructure and delivering value to customers through creative improvements to Company's software products based on familiarity with agile software development methodologies. Work closely with design and product management teams to influence the direction of software product, tackling scalability, performance and complexity of product.  Build effective teams, empowering team members to achieve goals based on performance and growth management.
