We deliver business result by optimizing channel value and customer experience through error-free execution and scalable operations.We're hiring a Email Strategy Manager, reporting to Performance Messaging Manager. You will lead the email channel optimization with strategy to consolidate email programs and improve campaign performance. You will partner with business teams across Atlassian to identify optimization opportunities, provide messaging best practices recommendation, and scale the insights to similar programs. This job is remote-friendly.

What you'll do

    • Oversee the email channel performance and improvement opportunities
    • Strategize with partners to improve onboarding/activation and retention email programs campaigns by providing email strategy, best practices, and testing recommendations
    • Collaborate with the Email Operations, Marketing Analytics and Marketing Operations when needed
    • Work with different teams to deliver improvement through scalable processes
    • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, production efficiency, and team collaboration

Your background

    • Have 5 -7+ years of experience in managing email campaigns and strategy
    • Have experience bridging the need of channel improvement and partners' goals
    • Collaborate with large amount of partners and navigate through sometimes undefined roles and responsibilities
    • Understand how best to implement complex customer contact strategies, segmentation, and governance and identify opportunities to improve
    • Scale the learning from one program across all to create better customer experience and channel result
CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $106,500 - 163,300Zone B: $95,850 - 147,000Zone C: $88,395 - 147,325Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
