You will work closely with an internal cross-functional team, and external partners to drive key aspects of product definition, evaluation of prototype samples and actively involved in project execution and product testing. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
The Role
- Develop and test display product. Primarily in responsible of running and analyzing multiple reliability tests.
- Evaluate new display suppliers to define technical properties and accomplish rigorous product verification plans.
- Coordinate multiple meetings on a supplier's site and internal site.
- Optical testing for display, cover glass and data analysis.
- Prepare testing report and attend internal/external meeting.
- Quality control and debugging for display.
- Evaluate Glass, Color Filter, Polarizer, and other optical materials such as AF coating.
Qualifications
- Familiar with TFT-LCD pixel design, including TN, MVA, IPS (new display technical development) local dimming.
- Familiar with optical, color, metrology, and electrical simulation / measurement / knowledge.
- Familiar with setting up Auto reliability testing.
- Familiar with EOL testing.
- Experience in manufacturing process and supplier management
