SUMMARYXOR Security is seeking a talented Cybersecurity Lead to join our team! On this project, you will support Rapid Development and Innovation with technical and system engineering Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS). These services include cyber capability discovery, development, testing, advanced analytics, lifecycle support, data science needed to meet dynamic cyber mission requirements for our government customer.

***On site in the Tampa, Florida area.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

It is required that the Cybersecurity Lead has the following qualifications:

• Possess an active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Experience in DoD RMF in the past two consecutive years.

• A minimum of two years of experience in DoD CSSP and Cyber Command Readiness Inspection (CCRI) on IT networks, in the past three years, as lead or management position
• Possess an active DoD 8140 advanced baseline certification. 

Certifications shall be one of the following: 1. Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO). 2. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). 3. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). 4. Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Leadership Certification (GSLC).

It is desired that the Cybersecurity Lead has the following qualifications:

a. Experience performing security design, testing, and implementation requirements of integrated networks, as defined in Section C. b. Experience with IDSs, VPN systems, firewall configurations, system audits, and vulnerability assessments. c. Experience leading incident handling and response teams in the DoD and/or intelligence community. d. Experience developing enterprise IT security policies for information protection on enterprise systems and networks. e. Experience safeguarding networks of current threats and cyber-attack vectors. f. Experience with the application of STIGs in an EA.
