Cyber Threat Analyst TS/SCI

SIXGEN would like to add an ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Cyber Threat Analyst to our team.

This position is for a newly awarded contract.

Fort Belvoir, VA

Clearance:

An active TS/SCI

Education:BA/BS degree preferred10 years experience

Requirements

Responsible for performing on-demand network and vulnerability assessments, digital forensics, finger printing, network traffic analysis, full packet capture and session replay, security information, and event management for real-time analysis of correlated data captures.

Shall possess expert knowledge in the following areas:

Performance of full packet capture of network data traffic with COTS or open-source tools.

Inspection of data traffic for non-authorized activity or any form of network exploitation and compromise using a variety of network security sensor applications.

Utilization of network modeling software.

Conduct of configuration compliance / vulnerability scanning.

Analysis of data traffic results and presentation of findings in a clear and concise manner.

Required one of the following certifications:

• CASP+ CE
• CCNP Security
• CISA
• CISSP (or Associate)
• GCED
• GCIH OR
• CCSP

AND one of the following:

• CEH
• CySA+
• CISA
• GSNA
• CFR OR
• PenTesting
