Customer Success Insights Analyst, 2023 Graduate

We bring visibility, insights and analysis to CSI and the service delivery teams, in order to support the value creation lifecycle.Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. What you'll do

• Manage Dashboard (slack halp)/ Data validation / Report Maintenance/ Build dashboards
• Partner with Stakeholders and cross-functional teams to interpret and understand quantitative insights through visual representation in order to make strategic decisions about the business.
• Achieve success in data integrity and fidelity, improving the output of information and speed for which that information is digested.
• Identify blockers to ensuring data integrity
• Manage various dashboards and reports

Your background

• Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors or Masters program and graduating by June 2023
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or similar
• Robust experience in data analytics with the ability to identify the right information, pull data together and visualize.
• Advanced excel and basic SQL skills
• Innately curious and a passion for root cause understanding.
