Working collaboratively with partners from our global People Team, Learning Enablement, Workforce Planning, and Operations Leadership, you will help design best-in-class approaches to career development. You will be part of a growing team and have the rare opportunity to re-imagine the Career Development experience for CSS.
What you'll do:
- Partner with CSS Leaders, the CSS Talent team, and the broader People team to translate organizational goals into impactful career programs and priorities.
- Partner with CSS Leaders and HR Business Partners to help employees explore their path for career and skills development, and discover and span their opportunity landscape
- Lead our work to enhance the environment and employee mindset for continuous growth to bring skills development and career development to life for our people every day.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement of the portfolio and to share a powerful narrative with key stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and risk
- Keep current on the latest thinking, latest research, and industry practices
Your background:
- You have 8+ years of delivering career development programs using a broad array of skills to ensure the delivery of measurable, high-value outcomes.
- You are passionate about career development and career readiness. You keep current on the latest thinking, latest research, and industry practices.
- You have solid expertise in creating high-quality and connected career development strategies that support a team-based global workforce,
- You have a customer mindset with the ability to set a strategic vision and drive large-scale programs to deliver on that vision.
- You have business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible narrative.
- You have a collaborative approach to quickly building relationships across different levels and departments.
- You have strong presentation skills and the ability to work closely with senior leaders and executive teams.
