Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners and the recruiting team to provide compensation analysis and support compensation program management. Partner with all stakeholders to identify and address global compensation issues and evangelize company’s compensation philosophy and strategy. Conduct market analysis and insights for new and existing roles applying strong analytical and quantitative skills. Support recruiters with complex offer creation. Compile analytics for new or existing compensation programs. Partner with HRBP and Business leaders to distribute annual salary budgets & manage equity pool usage. Coach managers on compensation decisions and communication, in partnership with HR Business Partners. Perform analysis on the efficiency and competitiveness of compensation programs, and model potential impact of alternatives demonstrating proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Support annual compensation planning activities, including data prep, auditing and reporting out on key findings. Utilize business knowledge and compensation expertise to perform root cause analysis and develop creative solutions. Partner and collaborate with other HR Centers of Excellence (talent, Acquisition, Benefits, HR Business partner) to drive solutions that support Business Strategy. Contribute to the development and delivery of training to People team, partners and the business and provide continuous education to partners on compensation best practices. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources Management, Engineering or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in Compensation, Finance or Consulting with in-depth knowledge of compensation terminology and fast-growing technology company best practices, including experience developing and rolling out scalable processes; project management experience; and experience executing and auditing work applying strong analytical and quantitative skills (*Will accept 3-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree). ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources Management, Engineering or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in Compensation, Finance or Consulting with in-depth knowledge of compensation terminology and fast-growing technology company best practices, including experience developing and rolling out scalable processes; project management experience; and experience executing and auditing work applying strong analytical and quantitative skills.
