What you'll do
- Partner with multiple teams including procurement to complete existing, and develop new supplier engagement projects aimed at encouraging suppliers to set their own Science-Based Targets and reducing Atlassians value chain emissions.
- Facilitate engagement with different partners from Travel to TeamAnywhere to ensure business travel emissions are considered, identify opportunities to reduce our business travel emissions
- Build systems and programs to scale engagement approaches across the organization and communicate progress and roadblocks
- Manage data relevant to our supplier engagement and business travel emissions goals
- Support other climate programs to reduce Atlassians emissions in a just and equitable way
Your background
- A Bachelor's degree or above in business, environmental studies, sustainability
- 5+ years of experience in emissions reduction initiates across scopes 1-3, engaging suppliers to reduce emissions, and delivering business travel emissions reductions
- Success with independently project managing several programs in distributed global teams with competing responsibilities
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (including Procurement, Travel, Workplace) and managing relationships with internal and external partners.
