Campus Recruiter (12 month contract)

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.We're growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for a junior Campus Recruiter to join our award-winning global Campus Recruiting team, based in Sydney. You will be busy with lots of opportunities to prove your worth within a collaborative and fun environment.This role would suit someone who is starting off or early in their Campus Recruitment journey. The successful candidate will gain a lot of exposure to the function, reporting to the Campus Recruitment Manager, and working with the Campus Recruiters, Careers Services, Suppliers and Atlassian reps on Campus. You'll look after many parts of the recruiting lifecycle, including logistical support, running on-campus events and swag orders to help brand us as an employer of choice. You will be a main contact for all of our graduates and interns who are about to join or already with us. Basically you will be the glue to hold the team together!You will succeed in this role if you're someone who is highly organised and enjoys working with student groups as well as a large Campus Recruitment team.

On your first day, we'll expect you to:

• Be able to showcase your attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritise
• Be happy working with high demand students with multiple offers from competitors
• Work well on a team – and be excited to help make our candidate experience amazing
• Be comfortable acting as the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to external candidates and internal contacts and business partners

It's great, but not required, if you have:

• a background in high volume campus recruitment
• Experience attending and working with technical student societies/hackathons and Universities in Australia and New Zealand
• Familiarity with our relevant tools and programs (e.g Lever and university job boards)
