Business Transformation Program Manager, 2023 Graduate

We use program management as a discipline to accomplish the strategy and requirements set forth by our partners in CSS Business Architecture and Analytics.We're hiring a Program Manager Grad, reporting to a Sr. Manager of Program Management. Here, you'll implement Customer Support programs to solve important needs of our internal and external customers. Scope of programs may span across several strategic areas including business transformation capabilities and process excellence in technical support!

What You'll Do

• Learn to manage and deliver projects of moderate scope and successful business outcomes.
• Learning the art of dependency alignment, escalation, and stakeholder management ensures delivery.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risk to program success.

Your Background

• Be currently enrolled in a bachelor or Masters's in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, econometrics, or computer science) and graduate by May 2023
• 1+ years of experience in program management or business analysis
• Experience with the software development lifecycle
• Understanding of program lifecycles and lean Agile methodology: roadmap planning, building epics, user stories, and backlog.
