As the Associate Field Marketing Manager, you’re a master multitasker and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and other teams driving the planning. You will be supporting global field marketing campaigns and activities such as webinars, demos, trade shows and more. Overall, you will coordinate day-to-day activities surrounding planning, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple field marketing programs simultaneously, in partnership with Atlassian's product marketing/field teams
- Coordinate kick-offs, planning and/or status meetings, and retrospectives for respective programs
- The ability to travel to show site for program days, work the expo floor, and have an active role in booth staffing
- Providing coaching for stakeholders surrounding content, promotion and production processes, as well as recording rehearsals and Q&A
- Develop proposals on automating and otherwise improving the ability to scale our programs
- Create and maintain best practice documentation
- Pull and deliver reporting across multiple systems
- Manage a fast-paced calendar of field activities events each quarter
Your background
- 3+ years of marketing, field marketing or operations coordinator experience
- Excellent attention to detail and knack for operational excellence
- Mastery in oral and written communication
- Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization, building relationships, and closing tasks
- Proven business management and reporting skills with the ability to protect confidential information
- Experience planning meetings and events
- Familiarity with demand generation or customer lifecycle management a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Gmail, G Suite, and Slack preferred
- Experience (or highly interested in gaining experience in) Confluence, Jira, and Trello

CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $85,400 - $131,000Zone B: $76,800 - $117,900Zone C: $70,800 - $108,700Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
