Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Your future teamAtlassian Customer Success Managers (CSMs) help customers realize the value in their Atlassian investment. They proactively engage with customers to achieve early and sustained outcomes by accelerating product adoption. This is achieved by helping customers apply standard methodologies at scale, expand their solution footprint, and become growing, long-term customers. You will report to the Manager, Customer Success and collaborate frequently with members across the company. CSMs work with all parts of Atlassian as the primary champion of the user's cause.

- Represent Atlassian as a product and use case specialist cutting across multiple products and solution practices
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Atlassian customer journey from implementation to adoption and expansion
- Guide customers over their hurdles, delivering value through proactive and programmatic customer engagement
- Learn common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and ways of working and demonstrate those use cases with an understanding of configuration trade-offs
- Use a data-driven customer engagement approach to address risks and to unlock growth and expansion opportunities
Your background
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors or Masters program and graduating by June 2023
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or similar
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to facilitate a flawless customer experience
- Rock-solid work and in a high volume customer-facing environment
