We're looking for passionate Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches who want to help us build a strong engineering culture where we deliver great products, collaborate to get things done in a fun, intense, and vibrant workplace.  Your TeamYou’ll join the community of 20 Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters distributed across Katowice, Amsterdam, London, and Leeds. This role is to support Mobile teams who are currently working in a Scrum framework. You will be an advocate of following best practices at all times across the teams and championing Agile techniques.   This role can be based in Katowice or you can work partly remotely from Poland.

As our new Agile Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Train, coach, and mentor teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and tools.
    • Ideate and facilitate sessions comprising multiple teams and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to long-term and high-impact organisational changes.
    • Identify, communicate, and remove agility blockers within the domain.
    • Contribute to long-term and high-impact Agile community initiatives.
    • Train and coach Scrum and Kanban teams on story writing and workflow efficiency with a strong focus on cycle times

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

    • Worked as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
    • Used different Agile frameworks and practices and can coach the team's adoption of the fittest
    • Exemplary emotional intelligence, you are resilient in the face of failures and conflicts and can keep the team focus and energy while moving forward
    • Worked in teams for the teams, and everyone can feel your genuine intention to help them grow better as a team
    • Excellent knowledge of Polish and English languages, communication and influencing skills with all seniority levels

Even better if you have:

    • Experience in implementing changes in large organizations
    • Scrum or Kanban Certification
    • Familiarity with Jira and similar tools
    • Skills in creating and delivering agile training
