Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation through to successful delivery for our UK Sovereign business. ​​This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact projects in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments.​​As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive project outcomes, manage risk, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business goals, technical teams, and operational delivery. You will play a key role in shaping project governance, improving delivery processes, and mentoring project managers within the organisation.​​

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.​
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.​
• Update centralised ServiceNOW projects to keep the team in sync across projects and leadership​

Skills required

• Agile & Waterfall Project Management experience
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent​
• Strong risk management, budgeting & reporting experience
• Eligibility to pass BS7858 security check
