Who we are looking for:The Sr. Business Process Analyst will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and recommending solutions to drive continuous process improvement, quality improvement, and cost improvements leveraging Lean/Six Sigma principles. The goal of the position is to support the organization’s pursuit to exceed quality, financial, and process key performance indicators (KPIs). The Sr. Business Process Analyst will be responsible for creating project charters, training teams as needed, ensuring timelines and objectives are defined and met. The incumbent should perform testing as needed, gather and analyze data pre and post-project and make recommendations to the leadership team. The Sr. Business Process Analyst’s role will be to provide oversight and guidance while helping to own, develop, and support key process indicators associated with client satisfaction.
How you'll make an impact:
- Lead and develop a new team focused on operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain a list of potential projects.
- Work cross-functionally to establish and develop teams to support each project.
- Manage and publish Cost and Level of Effort savings for each project.
- Document progress associated with all changes and ensure stakeholders are informed, trained, and participate in all projects.
- Analyze and manage existing processes and production data to monitor trends that lead to new projects.
- Maintain checks on each project for at least 12 months to ensure improvements were actually realized, and the project remains in a successful state.
- Resolve issues in post-project closure.
- Ingest and maintain any external complaints with project stats.
- Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures and other controlled documents that require updating as a result of a project.
Qualifications for success:
- CSSC-CSSMBB – Six Sigma Black Belt required
- CQE – Quality Engineer Certification preferred
- 5+ years experience preferred
- Experience working with C-Suite executives, VPs or Directors required
- Knowledge of customer service practices required
- Experience with technical security operations repeatable processes and desired outcomes preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and desired outcomes
- Ability to train project teams in principles of Lean/Six Sigma
- Ability to set project timelines and layout plan of actions with timelines
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, including excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
- Process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, appropriate sense of urgency, and strong organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships (clients and internal) and navigate other functional areas
- Must possess a high degree of initiative, motivation, and problem-solving skills
- Expert-level skill in applicable use of modern IT business applications
