Senior Researcher, Team Anywhere

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Your future teamAtlassian is searching for a Research, Team Anywhere to join our growing People Research team.The successful candidate has the opportunity to make impact on a huge scale, partnering closely with our global People Team and Team Anywhere to drive the design, implementation, analysis and reporting for Atlassian's market leading Team Anywhere initiative.

What you'll do

• Drive experimental research and design of Team Anywhere, its implementation, analysis (including advanced statistical analyses).
• Analyse large and complex datasets of employee data (including employee engagement, team health, people analytics, other metrics).
• Aligning to Team Anywhere's strategic pillars, advise on and guide the development of associated behaviour change offerings at the individual, team, and organisation level.
• Bring deep experience in organisational psychology, statistical analyses and organisational research to our growing People Research team.

Your background

• 5+ Yrs experience designing, implementing, analysing, and evaluating organisational psychology/ employee engagement and other lifecycle programs. Experience designing, implementing, analysing and evaluating Team Anywhere intervention strategies.
• Background in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or HR/ Business Analytics. We would like to hear stories of how your research influenced People Research programs and evidence-based behaviour change within organisations.

CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $142,200 - $218,100Zone B: $128,000 - $196,300Zone C: $118,000 - $181,100Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
