Senior Program Manager, Cybersecurity, IT PMO

We are looking for a motivated program manager who will partner with our Security organization to drive strategic improvements. You will be challenged to use your creative thinking, excellent program management capabilities, and strong communication skills to make a big impact at Snowflake. You will be accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met and will interact daily with our Security organization, Engineering, IT, and cross-functional business teams to ensure our objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Partner with the Snowflake Security organization to develop business cases, including the resources, systems, processes, and timeline to successfully execute against program objectives.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy, lead and execute the strategy through strong collaboration.
• Build and employ data-driven and scalable cybersecurity processes to support concurrent execution of growth initiatives within company time and resource constraints.
• Understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making, and action.
• Communicate effectively across Security, Business, and IT domains for both Senior Management and Delivery teams to deliver projects on-time, on-budget.
• Track scheduled progress through appropriate metrics and revise as appropriate to meet dynamic needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and program requirements, scope, and change management issues.
• Prepare, present, and review change requests, status reports, implementation plans, and recommend resources to execute.
• Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning; promote continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• BA/BS in a technology-related field and/or equivalent years of experience working with software industry/cloud product experience.
• 8+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value. 
• 4+ years of experience managing projects for commercial software products or online services (SaaS experience).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management.
• Experience with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and principles.
• Passion for the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong understanding of security concepts applied within a cloud-first environment.
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
• Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
