We are continuing to build out our leadership team in the Americas. You will manage a team of Strategic Enterprise Advocates who engage our largest customers in an account based selling role. Our Strategic Enterprise Advocates build and implement a sales strategy to increase adoption of select products and services to their named customer base. This team assists customers with their cloud journey, being an advocate of the customer, providing market feedback to our product development teams and optimizing the customer experience. On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

    • 10+ years experience in Sales; 4+ years of field sales leadership, with strategic account management experience
    • Experience with achieving success in customer-first SaaS organizations
    • You excel when engaging directly with enterprise customers with a consultative, relationship-oriented approach
    • Motivated and inspired to coach and mentor selling professionals
    • Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools
    • You are someone who wants to challenge the traditional Sales Model and improve sales processes.
    • You love working in an international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and love sharing your findings with your team.
