Working at AtlassianAtlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Hi there! We're Jira Data Center's "Guardians" team. Our group's mission is to build & maintain enterprise customers' trust by keeping their instances operational. To that end:We partner directly with Atlassian Support to help resolve some of their most challenging cases. These escalations often come from our biggest Jira customers, companies you've probably heard of and whose services you might even use.As a result, we have our ear to the ground when it comes to the problems that emerge at really large scales. We take that knowledge, and we use it to make our product more resilient, scalable, & support-able. Sometimes this means making direct code contributions; other times,it means sharing information & lessons-learned across the broader Jira development team.We have our finger on the pulse of day-to-day life for Jira administrators in another way, too: we're Jira admins ourselves! The Guardians Team maintains the internal dog-fooding instance of Jira DC that's used by Atlassian's server teams.
